Traveling Exhibition

Since January of 2017, a traveling exhibition of Through Darkness to Light: Photographs Along the Underground Railroad has been traveling to various venues throughout the United States. Due to popularity, it has been extended through March 2032. The exhibition is organized by ExhibitsUSA, the traveling program of Mid-America Arts Alliance and the National Endowment for the Arts. NOVEMBER 14, 2024 - JANUARY 5, 2025 at the Everhart Museum of Natural History, Science & Art in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Address: 1901 Mulberry Street in Nay Aug Park. Phone: 570.346.7186. Hours are Wed. - Sun. 11am to 5pm, Closed on Mon. and Tue.

Also, take one of the Destination Freedom Walking Tours at the Waverly Community House. Scheduled tours every Tuesday from 2pm to 3pm. Self-guided tours are also available.
